The role: Account Manager – Security Printing Solutions
The location: Redditch, Worcestershire
The package: £28-30K Basic, Realistic OTE £60K+ + car/allowance + many benefits
One of the UK’s leading providers of security printing solutions and services is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to drive and guide their growing client base. With significant growth over the past decade, this company really are a success story. To help take them to the next level they are recruiting for as an experienced Account Manager with a track record of delivering success within the secure print industry.
You will be given full responsibility for part of the existing client base and be expected to take a pro-active approach to the accounts.
You must have specific industry experience (security printing solutions) and a successful track record in managing clients’ accounts. You will be a strong problem solver and excellent at maintaining relationships, with the ability to get the most the existing client base. You will also help mange new clients as and when they are brought on by the new business team. Your input into the overall strategy of the sales force will be invaluable. You will also bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, and your get up and go will make you stand out from he crowd.
You will be responsible for managing clients throughout the UK, as well as the provision of outstanding customer service. You will be in charge of estimates and quotations, ensuring a client confirmation of order and/or purchase order received for all jobs. You will be expected to fully understand and adhere to client specific SLA’s, and visit clients as and when required. Arranging and managing customer mailing requirements throughout the year in partnership with third party suppliers will also be a key part of the role.
