Account Manager
**Looking for candidates in the Mid-Atlantic region (Delaware, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, DC).**
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall account management and customer relationships for ID Analytics clients. The main function of this role is to retain client revenue. In conjunction with cross functional teams this position is responsible for ensuring long term management of the client relationship. This position "owns" the client and is responsible, both internally and externally, for all client statuses and issues. This position requires 50% domestic travel.
Responsibilities
The role of the Account Manager includes but is not limited to the following functions:
- Maintain all client revenue
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Client Services to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Set strategic vision for assigned accounts and execute on that vision
- Establish relationships with the business management team, vendor management, IT team, procurement team, and analysts at the client
- Coordinate and facilitate all internal resources going into account base
- Act as the conduit for all client issues and issue resolution.
- Ability to articulate product capabilities and company vision
- Support the Sales team during the sales process when needed
- Provide ongoing on-site reviews of analyst activities and overall client status.
Qualifications
- Requires a BA or BS in a business discipline or relevant job experience.
- Minimum of seven years of client facing experience.
- Knowledge of fraud management and credit application verification processes is required. Industry knowledge of bank card, on-line retailing or wireless telecommunication is strongly recommended.
- Strong communications skills are required, including the ability to present to and interface well with employees, customers and prospective clients.
- Requires organizational and project management skills and ability to set and manage multiple priorities/projects.
- The person filling this role will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as work independently with limited supervision.
- The right candidate must have well-developed PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
