We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager for our Totowa, NJ location. Must have four+ years of customer support experience in a technology environment. Project Management certification preferred. May travel occasionally to other Cervalis locations in NY and CT.
This position maintains post-sales contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Communicates with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions. Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development. Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team. Responsible for customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
· Must have strong project management skills
· Able to resolve general technical problems
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Project
