The Position:
As an Account Manager you will.....
• Act as the key point of contact for your clients and ensure work is being completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
• Assist in the winning of new business and constantly think of new ways to increase the company’s exposure and offering.
• Work as part of a small team, including fulfilling some roles which can be repetitive and highly detail focused and where the need for speed and accuracy are of paramount importance.
• Work within and ensure 100% compliance with strict regulations, style guides, client grammar rules etc when managing the production of materials.
The Candidate:
The successful Account Manager will bring:
• Candidates will have a minimum of two years experience working in the following environments: medical communications, medical education, pharmaceutical advertising or medical sales, client servicing and account management is important.
• Familiar with (and this will be tested thoroughly at interview) using and extracting data / conclusions / evidence to support arguments from documents such as clinical research papers.
• Able to cope with high pressure and short deadlines yet still deliver 100% accurate work.
• Driving licence and own car are essential.
