Key Responsibilities
- Play an active role in the sales department by identifying, understanding, defining customers/prospects needs.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy in the Small and Medium Enterprise market.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customers/prospects contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
- Manage products/services mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Develop new business through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, growth and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Required skills and background
- You have a first successful experience in the account management or sales environment.
- You have an excellent track record on new business development and are able to surpass your targets.
- You have very strong communication and professional customer relationship skills.
- You are able to function independently and without close supervision as well as to work in a team.
- You feel comfortable to articulate and communicate with decision makers such as CEO, CFO or CIO.
- You have experience in the IT or telecommunication area.
- You are fluent in French and feel comfortable in English and/or German; Luxembourgish will be hugely considered as an asset.
