The position is with a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colours. The company employs advanced technologies at facilities around the world to develop speciality colour systems for a wide variety of industries and applications and has an extensive customer base. The business is headquartered in the USA and is listed on the NYSE.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

 

This is a newly created position that was created to help the organization expand its market share and sell its portfolio of products to new customers.

 

Successful candidate will work from his or her home office, reporting to a General Manager who is based in the United Kingdom.  Position requires 50 percent travel throughout Central and Western Europe. 

 

The role will require you to create new business opportunities, identifying and winning contracts in support of the new business development and facilitating supply either direct or through appropriate distribution channels.

REQUIREMENTS :

 

A driven, numerate and highly organised individual with a relevant and impressive professional track record, you have a proven ability to identify and exploit commercial opportunities. Ideally, you’ll be qualified to degree level. Knowledge of the industrial colour industry and market is also preferred. Naturally, you’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills.

You could have previously held one of the following roles: Key Account Manager, Technical Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
