ACCOUNT MANAGER / NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (B2B RETAIL) - SYSTEMS / SOFTWARE - LONDON - £19,500 - £30,000 BASIC SALARY WITH A 1ST YEAR REALISTIC OTE OF £40,000+
Account Manager / Business Development Manager and Senior Account Manager / Senior Business Development Manager sought for my client who is a young and dynamic London based supplier of systems and software into the retail sector.
Due to their success in Europe they now require an experienced and consultative Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join their team.
THE ROLE
- The successful Account Manager will be selling my clients full range of manual, semi-integrated and integrated web based IT/PC Based solutions to the Retail sector.
- You will be targeting independent and multiple retailers in order for the customer take advantage of the governments VAT free policy for non EU tourist (HMRC VAT 407 Scheme)
- You will be generating leads from your own market knowledge, self sourcing opportunities as well as utilising an internal CRM database
- The role is based from my clients London office (London Bridge, SE1)
THE CANDIDATE
- The successful applicants will ideally have experience of selling into the retail sector e.g. Office supplies, computer / IT supplies, EPOS systems, software, hardware, merchant services etc
- You will be able to develop new business and build future pipeline
- You must have a proven and demonstrable track record of success in sales
- You will be a great communicator, outgoing, energetic and able to build an instant rapport.
- Be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team.
- The ability to initiate credible and non-scripted telephone conversations.
- You will be within a 1 hour maximum commutable distance of the London Office (London Bridge, SE1)
THE SALARY
- £19,500 - £30,000 Basic Salary depending on experience
- £40,000 Realistic OTE
- 28 days holiday including statutory days
