Account Manager, Personal Insurance- APAC recruitment

Overview
* Lead delivery of services and relationship management for key regional clients
* Assess current environment/strategies and develop regional objectives
* Establish our target operating model for Client Management and all subcomponents
* Acquire and align necessary resources (staff, systems, etc.) to deliver on objectives
* Implement regional CRM strategy

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
* Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Client Management strategy across the Region delivering our value proposition to major, customers across the region
* Sponsor implementation of the Client Management requirements across the Region, driving organizational changes supporting Program Structuring, Resourcing
* Coordination, and Service Delivery in close coordination with regional and local country management
* Drive Best Practices across the region including areas such as business development, account stewardship and relationship management, program design, support function alignment
* Work with product line managers to improve services and optimize product mix with desired lines of business
* Work with Claims management in establishing visible market presence for Claims and Loss Control as part of our value proposition and position Claims and Loss Control as differentiator to facilitate business retention and acquisition.
* Institute NPS and VOC process for Major/multinational accts
* PL accountability - yearly metrics: GPW; Client Retention; Account Penetration; NPS Scores; etc.

Skill Required:
* Broad based insurance industry experience required with preferred minimum 15 years of related experience
* Experience in managing major client relationships and dealing with senior Client personnel, Risk Managers and brokers
* Strong underwriting background and product knowledge, distribution and/or profit center management experience in multiple environments (local, Regional/HQ)
* Knowledge of Chartis functional and operational environment (underwriting, FA, Reinsurance, Operations, Systems, Claims, Loss Control)
* Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is a requisite
