This position reports to the Sales Manager and their relief is the Sales Manager
The account manager is responsible for managing the relationship the company has with theclient.
Regular evaluation of client needs, discovery of client pain and presentation of
solutions within The company's Marketing system are expected on a regular basis.
They are to assist in the implantation of the solutions, and are responsible for internal and external client documentation.
They are required to report daily and future (expected) activities within the CRM system provided by the company.
They are responsible for learning the technology solutions provided by the company and training in marketing expertise as required by the Sales Manager.
Account Managers may have geographical, vertical, or product limitations at the
discretion of the company's management team.
This is a full time commission position with hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday
through Friday
