Responsible for supporting the post-sale activities of assigned Account Executive(s) and accounts including increasing seller time for sellers, post-sale stewardship, coordinating production activities, post-sale reporting, and providing excellent customer service and seller support. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, helps put the power of on air, online and on demand media to use for local, regional and national spot advertisers. We are focused on moving the advertising industry forward with advanced technologies and innovative products to reach, engage and connect with audiences most effectively and efficiently. Tasks: - Converts all client contracts, revisions, and copy into a traffic-ready status, including transferring orders from Sales to Traffic/Stewardship, facilitating copy instructions and related communications between clients and traffic, and processing revisions as required. Monitors and works with traffic to ensure fulfillment of special requirements. - Provides recommendations for make goods; negotiates with Account Executive(s) and client. - Assists Account Executive(s) with campaign management and recommendations of effective copy/ideas to agency and clients. - Advises and acts upon pre-empt notices, oversell reports, and other related inventory information. - Follows the campaigns closely and communicates relevant click-through and creative success to improve performance and aid in retention. - Assists Account Executives in the processing and follow-up of credit and collection-related activities, including resolving billing discrepancies, provided collections follow-up for Account Executives, answering client billing and invoicing inquiries and requests, and additional credit and collection support as needed. - Coordinates productions activities between client, Account Executives, Production and CSG, ensuring a timely and complete production process and ensuring proper communication between production, CSG, client, and traffic. - Assists Account Executive(s) in maintaining and organizing post-sale reports. - Assists Account Executive(s) with maintaining client relationships and answering client concerns. Troubleshoots and follows up on client concerns. Accompanies the Account Executive(s) on sales calls, as needed, to solidify relationships. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
