Our clients is a logistics organisation that offer a full range of services and solutions to support customers through the whole process of vehicle inspections, collection and deliveries, vehicle demonstrations and refurbishment.
This is an organisation which operates across the UK inspecting or move over 1000,000 vehicles and prides themselves in their customer relationships.
Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced team leader for their account managers. The role will entail full management responsibility of account managers including one to ones, appraisals, performance management and conducting disciplinary proceedings. You will also be responsible for managing a few profile accounts, including client reviews and ensuring SLA targets have been hit and analysing client data.
That's why we need someone with proven experience in management in the above. Account management experience would also be required.
