GMAC Sweden is the official source of financing for Opel, Chevrolet, Saab and Cadillac.
On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Account Manager for the western part of Sweden. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, high quality and customer focused organisation where strong business acumen, flexibility and sales are key components for further career development. You work out of your home office and report to the Sales Manager.
Job Description
- Independently explore the market in your geographic area and make personal visits to work towards set sales targets
- Focus on new sales development and negotiate tenders / quotations and contracts with customers in a given GMAC framework
- Identify potential for commercial growth and involve Commercial Specialists to maximise business
- Ensure administration such as drafting agreements, registered prospectus and maintain an accurate customer records in CRM system
- Thru good understanding of credit decisions identify new business opportunities
- On regular basis meet with manufacturers representatives to ensure a solid business partnership
- Extensive travel is required with app. 1-2 overnight stays a week
Requirements
- Professional sales education or degree with a specialisation in business administration/economics is preferred and a minimum of 3 years work experience with a proven track record in sales from a competitive B2B environment with focus on new business development
- Knowledge of retail financing is beneficial and experience from the automotive environment is a merit
- A competitive person with strong drive and a keen interest in developing new business
- A individual possessing great social skills at creating new and nurturing existing client relationships
- Willingness to grow, develop and take on sales and marketing projects
- A confident Excel and Outlook user
- Swedish and English language skills both written and spoken
- Holder of a B driving licenses
