Account Manager- Wireless/ Wireline
Job description
Responsible for growing, upselling, and maintaining mid to high volume market businesses and/or state and local public sector accounts. Calls on wireless and wireline customers with the intent of managing the account and reducing customer churn. Through solutions based selling and account management, analyzes customer needs, identifies and customizes wireline/wireless/voice/data products and services to maintain and grow accounts. Increases a revenue generating sales pipeline, which will primarily consist of active accounts. Partners with the sales team to maintain and grow accounts. Effectively grows and manages a customer funnel. Is accountable for a high volume of customer appointments and maintenance of assigned business accounts to achieve all quota metrics.
