Account Manager/Client Service Manager
The prime responsibility is to act as a the main contact for the hedge fund clients to fully understand their needs and requirements, in order to deliver a high level of service and exceed their expectations.
This role requires someone who has hands on experience from a banking/administrator environment in client service teams and understand the ethos of clients service and delivery for your clients.
Whilst in some organisation this is an area already fully established this represent an exciting opportunity to joing a growing team that is providing this type of hands on service for the first time so represent a real chance to "shine from the crowd"
Essentially this person will be the main point of contact for assisting clients’ to navigate their way through the various departments in the business - (Operations/Fund Accounting/OTC/Investor Services)
If you have a strong client service background from a similar type of firm and know how to deal with hedge fund clients and relationships this represent a very exciting role to considered for.
