Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
An exceptionally successful Integrated Healthcare Communications agency based in London requires an experienced Account Manager or budding Senior Account Manager to join their digital health team. This agency is looking for someone with outstanding digital expertise and a natural ability to consult effectively with clients. The successful applicant will have the ability to work across a diverse range of programmes and therapeutic areas.
The role itself will see you managing the day-to-day running of client programmes with regards to digital communications, ensuring that they are implemented according to this agency's quality standards, programme deadlines and measurable objectives.
The major skills and proficiencies which this role will entail include:
- Account management
- Team management
- Client liaison
- Growing client business prospects
- Internal new business acquisition
You will regularly liaise with clients, developing and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will also participate in the development (and presentation) of new business proposals. They're looking for someone with the following competencies and personal qualities:
- Experience and expertise supporting and running digital projects for a healthcare communications division within an agency environment
- An individual who can work on web projects, e-learning, and other digital solutions (including events) with a problem solving approach and positive outlook
