Account & Reference Data Analyst Professional (Based in Bournemouth) recruitment
Purpose/Priorities:The Account Opening Specialist role provides the client and Relationship Managers with a central point of contact for account openings, market documentation, tax documentation, and account closings and issues, queries relating to these, primarily for EMEA and liaising with ASD groups globally.
Key Responsibilities:Initial interaction with the client and/or Relationship Manager for account opening requirementsLiaising with clients to ensure accounts are opened in a prompt and timely manner.Working with the client to help aid completion of Market documents for submission to the relevant Market AuthoritiesLiaising with the client to gather the relevant tax documentation to obtain the maximum relief at source for the market and client typeArranging the setup of Technology Id's with new products, accounts when required. Also raising the request for deployment/Training for clients.Working as part of the Virtual Team for brining in new clients to JP Morgan working with the transitions team.Managing restructures and name changes where required for clients.Day to day contact with clients which will include telephone contact and face to face meetings.General Oversight of the Onboarding process being the main coordinator between the various internal operational teams.Some
responsibilities to include an escalation point for day to day team issues and concerns.
