Account & Reference Data Specialist, Client Facing Team – Officer/Manager – Officer/AVP (Based in Bournemouth)

 Business Overview:

The role of CAEU Group is to work with the Sales teams Client Management Groups in the management and implementation of new incremental business. The team manage specific client transitions are responsible for Custody account openings, Tax, Market, Proxy Voting documentation ongoing maintenance of clients accounts.

Client Facing Team

The team works closely with key departments within Worldwide Securities Services covers various roles from Client Facing the firms top tier 'blueprint' clients, co-ordinating the opening of accounts in various markets maintaining the documentation that has been executed as a result of a client request. The Client Facing team currently has 12 dedicated individuals covering approx 50 clients.

Proven skills in customer service and client relationships.

Proven experience within a client facing role, understanding client requirement and structure.

Previous experience interfacing between Clients and The Business with experience of presenting both client and business requirements.  Digging deep to understand client requirements and able to identify and present your findings.

Able to talk in detail about research analyse experience and presentation of findings.

With previous research analyse experience you will be able to describe in detail you skills and experience of finding solutions to issues identified and presenting solutions to your management team.

Demonstrate an ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks  take ownership of deliverables.

Proven risk awareness ability to escalate and manage potential risk.

Demonstrate the ability to work at an individual level within a team environment.

Provide examples around ability to work under pressure.
