ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER SPECIALIST

 

Job Description/Specific Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Account Relationship Management, the Account Relationship Manager Specialist is the main contact between the company and the Computrition customers.  This position is responsible for 1) increasing sales to our existing customer accounts using the Computrition software 2) ensuring our company’s goal of 100% customer satisfaction.  This position will work with a portfolio of customers and provide on-going customer service via consultations, webinars, users conferences, on site visits, newsletters, case studies, etc. The position will work with the customers as well as the other Customer Care, Development, Sales Marketing teams within the company to provide this high level of customer satisfaction and drive growth of Computrition products and services.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 2-3 years of intimate experience with Hospitality Suite in an Operation,  Customer Care, Professional Services and/or Sales position

·         Ambitious, hard working, excellent communicator

·         Results driven with the credibility to influence at all levels and the ability to think outside the box to identify potential opportunities

·         Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills

·         Ability to sell customized solutions and manage complex business proposals 

·         Ability to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members on universal customer issues.

·      Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

·      Ability to learn software and hardware technology quickly.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong  diplomacy and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to travel 1 to 2 weeks per month

·         Bachelor's degree preferred

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Account Management – drive through initiatives to retain and develop our existing customer accounts

·         Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior decision makers and influencers within all identified target accounts

·         Meet and exceed all bookings targets

·         Complete full customer needs analysis and create single sales opportunities for each buying event

·         Qualify profitable sales opportunities and close deals through successful negotiations

·         Perform product demos of all Computrition software

·         Communicate with all of the Customers in your portfolio on a regular basis to review Customer’s business needs and what has been developing with the Computrition Software or other developments within the company that could benefit the Customer.

·         Demonstrate personal credibility and professionalism to consistently exceed the expectations of clients in a high-pressure environment

·         Plan, prepare and conduct annual User Conferences

·         Provide monthly article for customer newsletters

·         Participate and/or conduct monthly and/or quarterly webinar for all customers and/or reference accounts.
