Account Representative
S.A. Comunale, a leading specialized contractor in the fire protection industry has an immediate opportunity available for an Account Representatives at our corporate office located in Barberton, Ohio. The position requires an individual to work in our call center promoting our Company's national account operations, products and services. The position also requires the scheduling of inspection and service activity.
The ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three years working experience as a Customer Service or Call Center Representative. In addition, the individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills, great organizational skills, impeccable telephone skills, and outstanding PC skills. Advanced education is a plus!
