The AIG/Chartis Educational Products sales team located in Northwest Houston is seeking a multi-talented experienced team member. Position responsibilities include: Marketing student, youth, and athletic insurance plans and products. This is an ideal position for a highly skilled and organized sales support/administrative person that wants to enter the sales arena. Assist in implementation of new clients as well as participating in creating customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our current clients. The position detail includes developing written proposals, taking client, insured and associate calls, presenting to groups of clients, students and peers, working and participating in activities that involve other internal departments such as underwriting, claims, marketing, IT and customer service to ensure Company and customer goals are met and/or exceeded. Skills expected include: The ability to develop partnerships with clients, brokers regional offices. Review and access account performance Identify areas to improve accounts and provide training assistance to accounts in an effort to meet and/or exceed Company and customer goals/objectives 3 to 5 years Account Management experience Must have strong Account Management and Customer Service Skills Understanding of the sales process; initiate sales presentations. Organized and Detail oriented. Understanding customer business needs, sales proposal/bid process. Undergraduate College Degree is preferred
