The candidate will be responsible for accelerating and driving growth of Dell’s Configuration Services OEM business within the Global region.
Primary responsibilities:
- Actively participate and/or lead cross-functional core teams to generate and accelerate growth in specified region.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 10 + years of relevant industry experience, resulting in strong product, process business knowledge. Project management, operational experience, process design and strong analytical skills required. Experience within product marketing and demand generation preferred.
BA/BS required; MS Engineering or MBA preferred.
Additional qualifications sought
- Experienced analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
- Master’s of Engineering, Master of Business Administration or Relevant Industry experience
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time

The candidate will be responsible for accelerating and driving growth of Dell’s Configuration Services OEM business within the Global region.
Primary responsibilities:
- Actively participate and/or lead cross-functional core teams to generate and accelerate growth in specified region.
- Build and maintain OEM in-region relationships as necessary to drive business demands.
- Analyze business requirements, gaps, and formulate strategy for growth.
- Assist with the implementation and management of business solutions required to attain objectives.
- Communicate to the core team, extended team, executive team at appropriate intervals regarding status, risk and success.
- Lead global team of engineers and project managers that support the OEM business.
- Prepare and present operational reviews related to the OEM business.
- Develop business cases and work collaboratively to form necessary OEM Solutions.
