Account Servicing Helpdesk Advisor
My client are a leading financial organisation currently looking for a number of helpdesk advisors
Overall Job Purpose:
To be the primary contact for Customers, Auditors and the Network support teams, handling queries relating to the centralised Audit Letter/Audited Accounts process
To maintain customer primacy at all times to facilitate the rapid resolution of queries.·
To maintain and comply with given procedures·
To proactively contribute to Team performance
To maintain own technical and specialist knowledge
To demonstrate and promote values, ensuring a positive working environment is maintained by all.·
To work in partnership with Relationship teams and 3rd Party suppliers
Key Accountabilities Customer Service
Handling queries from external Customers and Auditors and internal Customer Relationship Teams relating to Audit Letters/Audited Accounts
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain optimal performance
Analyse and resolve queries, escalating discrepancies and issues when necessary
Use effective time management skills – ensuring the team meets all target SLA’s and providing a quick and efficient service
Provide an excellent level of Customer service at all times interacting with Relationship points in a partnership dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
Ensuring procedures have been followed to a high level of quality.

This is initially a contract position
