Our client, a recognised Web Consultancy Company, have an urgent requirement for an Account Support Executive to join their Account Support Team. Reporting to the Head of Account Support, you will provide support, analytics and marketing campaign management to the company's clients. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and for developing and maintaining account relationships.

The successful candidate must possess a professional telephone manner, be able to resolve customer problems and ensure issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

In order to be considered, you must have:

- A good understanding of the web and its usage by organisations
- A solid understanding of digital marketing/web analytics
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- The ability to prioritise, manage your time and work to deadlines
- Good organisation skills
- Efficient administration skills

Day to day responsibilities for this role include:

- Managing support for Clients
- Providing updates to Clients on the performance of their marketing strategies
- Analysing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Resolving issues as quickly as possible
- Providing important feedback to clients
- Managing contract terms and passing potential leads to the sales team
- Administer and Co-ordinate Client online Marketing initiatives
- Liaising with third parties as and when necessary

Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Ideally possess a marketing, business or technology degree (or equivalent)
- Able to perform well in an ever changing environment
- An excellent communicator with enthusiasm and the ability to generate new ideas
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to take the initiative
- Excellent work and customer ethos
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
