Accountant
My client, a leading West End Real Estate company is are looking to hire an experienced Property Accountant. The job has arisen due to several new contracts that my client has secured. It is essential that candidates possess previous experience with the Tramps accounting system.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly rent and service accounts
• Service charge reconciliations
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Tenant and supplier queries
• Upgrading of property management systems
My client's offices are based in an attractive part of London’s West End - in close proximity to shops, restaurants and theatres.
