Accountant
This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a business based on the Falkland Islands. My client is looking for a Accountant, qualified or qualified by experience, to join their successful accountancy practice.
The practice has built up a loyal client base and expanding in line with the local economy. Their clients range from sole traders through to multi national companies with multi-million pound turnovers. You will spend the majority of your time supporting larger organisations and undertake most accountancy duties with the exception of audits.
This is a contract role that is initially being offered for 2 years, living on the island is seen as a lifestyle choice and the locals enjoy living in a close community that socialise frequently. The island experiences similar weather to the UK and outdoor activities are enjoyed, fishing, golf, etc.
The island has 3,000 citizens and the economy is doing fantastically well. Personal tax rates are extremely favourable and my client will pay the air fare for you to travel to the island to start the contract and return upon conclusion, in addition they will pay for a return trip during your time on the island. Accommodation is free along with heating and electricity.
