Accountant (Accounts Payable focused)

Our client is a US MNC in the medical devices industry now looking to recruit an Accountant as part of the team.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Broad finance role (Accounts Payable focused) handling financial accounting and reporting, as well as assisting in monthly and annual closing
- PL analysis
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Monthly cashflow forecast
- Singapore tax returns and filing
- Compliance with corporate governance and accounting standards
- Compliance with statutory requirements and financial accounting regulations
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Ad-hoc projects / requests
Key Requirements:
- Accountancy degree holder and CPA
- Around 3-7 years of relevant experience gained in an MNC, with some years gained in an Accounts Payable role in a shared service environment.
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards and tax requirements
- Knowledge of JDE is a strong advantage
