Accountant IFRS & Consolidation – Financial services
The company
This company makes part of one of the largest bank in the world and is specialized in financial services such as auto loans, credit cards and others. With more than 200 collaborators in Belgium, the company is looking for an Accountant with experience in IFRS and/or consolidation.

The job
During 2012, the company will start to work on an important project dedicated to the securitization. The banking operations of this financial services have for objective to make high secure placements for a part of the garantueed customers portfolios.
Your main responsabilities will be :
- the day-to-day follow-up to the securization project in collaboration with the accounting manager
- the respect of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) coming from the group
- the monthly and trimestrial finance reporting of the project to the ratings agencies and the group
- reponsible for A to Z accounting for one entity of the company : closings of accounts, VAT declaration, consolidations, …
Your profile
- You have a degree in Accounting
- You have at least 2 years experience in Audit of a Big4 or accounting department within an financial institution
- You have strong knowledge in IFRS
- An experience in securization is a plus
- You speak French or Dutch with a good knowledge of English
- You are detail-minded and can take responsabilities
