We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Management Services Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level support to the ICT and HR Finance Manager and other key stakeholders within these business units. In particular, you will:
- Assume day to day responsibility for the financial support in ICT and HR
- Assist the Finance Manager with preparation of annual budgets
- Perform month end reconciliations and reporting duties
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of quarterly reforecast
- Assume responsibility for project cost control in ICT
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions as required
To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified in Accounting and have demonstrated experience with cost centre management and monthly reporting. Ideally, you will have experience with Oracle Financials and the preparation of operating and capital budgets and re- forecasting. In addition, we are looking for someone who is well organised, can engage and communicate with senior stakeholders and has well rounded presentation and training skills.
