Job Description:
Siemens Corporation is seeking a motivated individual for an International Tax Accountant position located in Plano, Texas. The position requires a team player that is highly organized, responsive, and extremely flexible and has the ability to handle multiple projects while producing accurate and timely results.

Essential Job Functions:
•Prepare the international aspects of PLM’s U.S. income tax return compliance, including calculations related to EP, subpart F, foreign tax credit, dual consolidated losses, disclosure statements, and preparing supporting work papers.
•Participate in transfer pricing and Permanent Establishment matters.
•Assist with tax provision.
•Research tax issues using tax library and on-line tax services.
•Interface with PLM Accounting / Finance / Treasury and Siemens Corporation tax employees located in Iselin, NJ with respect to tax related matters.
•Gather documentation and provide analysis to support tax positions under audit.
•Document tax positions in writing.
•Participate in special projects as assigned.
•Communicate orally and in writing with tax authorities.

Education/Qualifications:
•B.A./B.S. in Accounting
•5-8 years tax experience in tax compliance area.
•Experience with SAP, Essbase, and/or IFRS a plus
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required
•Familiarity with Corptax desired
•CPA preferred
