POSITION SUMMARY: The Plant Accountant is responsible for ensuring that the plant financials are reported and managed in accordance with Company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Payable processing
- Invoicing, payroll, production reporting
- Complete understanding of all business systems and procedures
- Assist with Month End closing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Financial reporting; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis
- Special projects as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year College or University in Accounting, Finance or have equivalent job experience
- 2-5 years work experience, two plus years of progressive accounting experience with majority in a manufacturing environment preferred.
