Job Description:
- Develops relationships with client employees. Becomes proficient in assisting clients with routine accounting functions.
- Mininum for one years Audit Experience with a large public accounting firm.
- Becomes familiar with and adheres to the Firm's policies and procedures.
- Drafts financial statements under prescribed format. Prepares portions of compilation, review and audit engagements.
- Has a working knowledge of all microcomputer applications, which are routinely used.
- Is knowledgeable about accounting pronouncements and demonstrates a basic income tax understanding.
- Progresses professionally by working toward passing the CPA examination.

Associates attend various Continuing Professional Education classes throughout the year to keep abreast of the latest accounting trends. Also, Staff will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university. Minimum 3.0 GPA Accounting Major Potential candidates should have good communication and computer skills and be team players who are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Our staff must be customer focused and able to juggle multiple tasks.
