Your challenge
- Customer Invoicing MSD IDEA:
- Creates Inventory Purchase Order in preparation of sales invoice process,
- Creates sales invoices for Macedonia, Serbia (Croatia) markets,
- Sends the printed invoices to Harlem, Macedonia, Serbia (Croatia) markets,
- Close coordination with markets and Harlem Office.
- Controlling and Accounting of Inventory
- Controlling and Accounting for Consignment Inventory
- Prepares consignment invoice for consigned inventory shipped to Markets,
- Reconciles monthly inventory sales reports,
- Prepare inventory currency revaluation report,
- Reconciles foreign currency revaluation accounts with the JDE report,
- Vendor Invoice and Credit Memos
- Posts intercompany billing for inventory purchases,
- Recording of credit memos received from Affiliate Companies,
- Records billing and other 3rd party invoices
- Accounts Receivable - Cash Applications
- Recording daily cash collections,
- Coordinates cash collection information from markets,
- Record customer credit memos and debit notes
- JD Edwards/SAP Master File maintenance
- Customer, Inventory, Price maintenance
- General Ledger and Other Tasks
- Review daily posting journal
- Ledgers reconciliation (debit and credits)
- Reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts,
- Monthly Closing and Reporting Tasks
- Prepare month-end accounting procedures,
- Intercompany reconciliation,
- Accounts foreign currency revaluation,
- Consolidate Trial Balance of Affiliated Companies - CONCERT/FRECON
- Treasury Transactions
- Funding of markets
- Netting activities
- Bank reconciliation
Your profile
Required Skills, Professional Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Commercial degree or Bachelor of Science Accounting (equivalent degree)
- JDEdwards and SAP Accounting system and knowledge
- Fluent both English and German (preferred)
- Office (especially Excel) knowledge
- 3-5 years working experience in an international accounting environment
