A temporary job has become available for media-based company who are looking for an Accountant or Finance Manager. The company is looking for a part-qualified or fully qualified individual who has experience in overseeing the entire accounting processes within a company from start to finish.
You will need good experience with invoicing, sales ledger, purchase ledger, payment processing, cashbook reconciliation, VAT reports and returns, month end reconciliation, payroll and preparation of year end audit files. In short, you will need to be able to run the finance function of a small company from end-to-end.
The successful candidate will also need to have good IT skills particularly advanced Excel. Recent experience using Opera III and XRL (Pegasus) will be of benefit.
