Accounting Assistant and Customer Resolution Specialist
SmartTalent is seeking an Accounting Assistant and Customer Resolution Specialist for a fast growing and team oriented company in Renton. This is a full time position where you will be assisting the accounting and customer service departments. Daily Duties will include but not limited to: - Daily Sales Reports - Researching customer payment issues and processing returns/exchanges - Assisting with the trouble shooting of invoicing errors - Customer interaction by telephone to resolve payment discrepancies - Daily Administrative duties such as filing, copying, etc. Job Requirements Requirements: - AAS in Accounting or Business or 3 years of equivalent work experience with Accounting and Customer Service - 3+ years of Customer Service Experience - Excellent oral and written communication skills - High level or organizational skills and strong attention to detail - A great attitude and willingness to assist the office with duties as needed - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook - Working knowledge of QuickBooks - Must have own transportation - Prior experience in the Cosmetics Industry a plus; however it is not required - Must be willing to work in a "Dog Friendly" environment (no fear or allergies) This is a long term, possibly temp to hire position for the right candidate Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm $13-$15 DOE If you meet the above requirements and feel you would be a perfect match for the position, please email us your resume for immediate review to Click Here to Email Your Resume Please list the job title in the subject line and in the body of the email a quick recap of your background which qualifies you for this opening.
