Intermediate cost Accountant:
BioBubble Pets LLC, A Top manufacturer in the PET industry is seeking a costing accountant to join our team.
The Cost Accountant is responsible for general and cost accounting for product line, bills of materials, transportation and freight logistics, importation estimating and projections, invoicing, AR and AP as well as corporate accounting, vendor payment, paperwork and shipment compliance. Reporting directly to the C00 the incumbent will also assist in monthly planning of inventory and component forecasting, purchasing, logistics and importation documentation, financial statement preparation, expense reporting, various ledger analysis, cash journal management and reconciliations, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, bank wires, balance sheets for domestic and overseas operations as well as inventory and warehouse operations. Must have advanced knowledge of excel, QuickBooks Enterprise and be able to adapt in a fast paced growing entrepreneurial organization and possess a strong can do get it done positive attitude.

* General journal entries.
* Reconcilation and analysis of G/L accounts.
* Preparing working paper files.
* Preparing Financial statements.
* Cost accounting and analysis.
* Budget analysis
* Bank reconciliation
* Managmant of accounts payable and accounts recievable.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
* Knowledge of Quick Books Enterprise solutions 2012 a definite asset.
* Detail oriented and meticulous.
* Able to work in a fast paced environment.
