Accounting Clerk
Position Summary
The full-time Accounting Clerk will support the Accounting Department by providing clerical and data entry support. This position also responds to external customer inquiries according to company policy and procedure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support including answering phones, making copies, data entry and general correspondence
- Respond to customer questions and requests. Interface with customers via telephone and e-mail
- On a daily basis, enter data in company’s database related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Interact daily with employees
- Other duties as assigned
