Responsibilities include:
Audit of SAP invoices for SOX compliance, run and resolve daily billing error reports, manual milestone billing, maintenance of texts on invoices, credit information, customer partner information, and understanding of billing functionality eg. Payment terms, billing frequency, calculations of charges, ship to and bill to address.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Researching posting/invoice errors and ensure they are resolved
Daily audit of invoice accuracy
Monthly audit of invoice list/statement of account accuracy
Maintenance of billing error report
UAT testing and continued regression testing
Assisting Master Data Group with material and pricing set up and ad hoc requests
Daily monitoring of renewal logs, research errors and manually executes solicitation plans as needed
