Comptroller (Downtown Norfolk)
Experienced professional with 3-5 years’ experience at a reputable firm to develop and oversee systems for all aspects of accounting, including principal agent relationships, A/P, AR, financial reporting and cash flow in a very fast paced, high volume, growing environment; currently 7 companies.
Ability to multi-task, resolve issues, and who welcomes challenges. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.
Must be able to work with all levels of employees, receive input, understand current systems, make changes to streamline or provide proper oversight, and develop new controls and methods to accommodate firm’s growth.
Candidate must be able to pass thorough background screening including: driving, criminal, and drug.
