Our client a national Accounting and Finance Business Advisory firm is seeking to expand their leadership team by hiring a dynamic Technical Accounting Subject Matter Expert who will drive business growth through quality client delivery, thought leadership, and expansion of business relationships. The individual will need to be creative, entrepreneurial, and driven as they leverage existing and new relationships to create new business opportunities while being proactive in addressing the needs of their clients. The individual must have experience driving projects and managing staff to deliver complex solutions such as IPO’s, mergers / acquisitions, new regulations, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with SEC reporting, IFRS and/or technical accounting matters
- Big 4 Experience
- Prior experience driving new business as a respected subject matter expert in their area of expertise
- Prior experience managing a team 10 or more professionals
- Entrepreneurial spirit and an intense drive to build a manage a business
- Ability to motivate and lead a team or professionals
- Ability to leverage their own deep and trusted network of business advisor to deepen client relationships
- Willingness and interest in travel
