Position Description
Accounting Manager
Fortune 500 company in the Phoenix metro area is looking for a leader who is capable of taking on a managerial role in an international organization. The role involves managing a team of senior accountants across multiple departments - you must have demonstrated a capacity to lead others in a high profile position. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Accounting, this person needs to be comfortable interacting with senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Overseeing Reconciliation of PL, Bal Sheet Cash Flow
* Financial forecasting and pro-forma reporting
* Develop Maintain budgets
* Perform Financial Analysis
* Preparation Review of Financial statements
* Perform month-end close activities
* Lead partner with outside auditors
* Performance Compensation reviews for staff
REQUIREMENTS:
* CPA
* Big 4 experience highly preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
* Minimum 3 years experience in managing staff
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fixed Asset, SAP, Hyperion experience a big plus
