Central NJ growing financial services company seeking an Accounting Manager to report to Controller. Duties include managing all aspects of accounting operations including the preparation of journal entries and accounts reconciliations, own month-end close process, inter-company accounting as well as consolidations, prepare financial statements and management reporting, responsible for Sox Compliance and implement internal controls and processes and provide support on special projects and ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
· MBA and/or CPA Public Accounting preferred
· 5 - 7 years of progressive experience
· Leadership and managing skills
· Ability to provide high level analyses as well as hands-on with day-to- day G/L accounting
