Accounting Manager to $95K Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Prestigious REIT is seeking an Accounting Manager with at least five years of accounting experience and two or more years of management experience. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property rent rolls, financial reports, and budgets, reviewing third party property management monthly reports, annual budgets, and weekly check registers, compiling financial reports and performing analysis on data, preparing sales acquisition and closing statements, and following up with sellers and buyers regarding outstanding issues. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will oversee the transition of properties to third party managers, train third party accounting managers on the company's methods of financial reporting, and provide support with special projects as needed. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or business, is required to qualify for this role. The ideal Accounting Manager will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
