Growing Inland Empire manufacturing/distribution company is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to join their management team. The qualified candidate will direct and manage the activities and day-to day operations of the Accounting Department including A/R, A/P, cost accounting, P/R and local HR functions. This company requires a degree in Accounting/Finance with 5 plus years of manufacturing experience, management experience with a cost background. Client is looking for a hands-on player in this fast paced environment. Knowledge of ERP mfg software huge plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills a must, the right person will have an outgoing, team oriented personality. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
