Accounting Portfolio Analyst (Italian/English)
In this position you are accountable for effectively managing a portfolio and ensuring that business deliverables are met in a deadline driven environment. This happens in close collaboration with the central hubs for Technical Accounting and entails handling of complex end-to-end transactions independently. A main task of the position is reviewing technical aspects and data quality of these transactions, providing feedback to stakeholders and acting as a Technical Accounting representative. In addition, it is required to work within a set framework and adhere to policies and processes, as well as provide recommendations to higher management on possible improvements.
- Commercial background
- At least 3 years working experience ideally in financial services industry or accounting departments of other industries. Experience in controlling and steering is an advantage.
- Elementary accounting knowledge and / or re-insurance knowledge preferred
- Language skills: Italian and English (fluent written and spoken), any other European language is an advantage
- Good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
- A flair for numbers
- Good verbal and written business communication skills
- Diligent and accurate working style
- Inquisitive and analytical mind

- Strong personality and able to influence other's actions
