Accounting Process Manager – Order To Cash (OTC) – Shared Services – Global FMCG Consumer Brand recruitment

Our Client is a leading international FMCG organisation with a strong global manufacturing and logistics execution model and a state-of-the-art business process support organisation. This is a newly created position to join their Finance Shared Services organisation as an Order- To- Cash (OTC) Manager.

The Accounting Manager for Order-To-Cash (OTC) oversees all aspect of the Order to Cash cycle including Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Accounts Receivable and Credit and Collections related activities.

You will assume a highly critical leadership role supporting the organisations revenue objectives by actualising sales.   To deliver business value the Order-To-Cash (OTC) cycle needs to be accurate and efficient to generate cash flows and optimised to manage key assets, accounts receivables and inventory.

The successful applicant will have at least 8 -10 years experience in operational order to cash transactions processing and Accounts Receivable / Credit Collection.  As a full cycle process owner you will analyse process performance to identify, prioritize and commission projects that continuously improve process metrics and drive customer satisfaction.

You will Identify, analyse and mitigate all types of risks : credit, cash application, billing and revenue recognition to maximise cash flow into the business making effective use of people resources and development to sustain business growth

You will have managed large teams and influenced multiple stakeholders before, drawing on your strong communication skills and passion for what you do.  You will also have managed high volume transaction processing departments and driven large-scale change, which will have given you vital skills for this role.

Ideally you will have gained your experience in an FMCG background or similar.   Whatever your background, experience in a shared service centre is a must.
