Accounting Software Support Technician
An Accounting Software Support Technician - Bournemouth, is being sought by Bond Williams Accounting Finance for a software house supplying accounting packages.
You will utilise your accounting knowledge to provide support to external users of the software and this could be by phone, fax or email. You will need to be able to represent the company in a highly professional manner by demonstrating good communication skills and product knowledge to resolve queries/problems.
Accountancy knowledge is required and good appreciation of customer service. Knowledge of Exchequer software would be an advantage but not esential. Good working environment and prospects.
