Our client is well renowned in portfolio management, research, and securities trading activities in Asia.
The Role
You will be working directly with regional team members to ensure accurate and high quality recordkeeping, cash reconciliation, security reconciliation and other related functions are performed for all assigned accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities that can streamline operating processes and reduce risk, working with key internal and external parties (e.g., custodian banks, investment staff, etc.), identifying and resolving issues, and participating in projects.
Your Profile
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with big 4 audit training in the financial services area. You will have a strong knowledge of Reconciliation and Accounting processes and have a strong ability to comprehend complex securities and markets around the globe. You will have good communication skills with a good fluency in English. You will be able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management in both the operations and investment sides of the business and you will have strong Excel skills.
