ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for providing continuous support and assistance for all functions within the accounting department including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer billing and payroll.

 

JOB OBJECTIVES

1.      Assist with compiling and auditing data for payroll and independent contractor settlements.

2.      Prepare and audit customer invoices.

3.      Assist with general ledger account maintenance entry and cash reconciliation.

4.      Assist with fuel card tracking, fuel card wires, National Prescription Association wires, group benefits plan wires, flex plan and general ledger account maintenance.                                

5.      Convey a professional and courteous attitude at all times toward drivers, customers and co-workers.

     

       6.  Basic receptionist duties will be expected.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Willingness to learn additional roles and responsibilities within the organization.
