Accounting/HR Manager Job in Ashburn 20147, Virginia US

We are seeking an Accounting/HR Manager to work for a dynamic growing company near Reston, VA. 

 

This position is a sole contributor helping in all areas of Accounting and HR.  Will oversee the following areas:

 

Accounting:

Financial Reporting (closing the books)

General Ledger

Account Reconciliation

AP, AR, Fixed Assets

 

Finance:

Budgeting

Forecasting/Re-forecasting

 

HR:

Payroll

Implementing HR policies

Compensation/commission programs

Oversee new hiring, terminations, and benefit processes

 

Ideal Candidate:

BS in Accounting or Finance

5-8 years of experience

QuickBooks preferred

CPA preferred

Experience with Accounting and Finance and some HR experience would be helpful.

 

Salary is $70-90k
