ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

A leading financial services company in Poole are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their established finance team.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful individual to join a challenging and friendly environment in which they have the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills within the accountancy and financial sector.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Manager and ensure the smooth running of the accounting function through accounts administration management.

The key duties include; bank commission reconciliation's, collation authorisation of invoices, generation of reports, chasing outstanding information/commission payments, database maintenance record keeping and dealing direct with internal external stakeholders.

The successful individual will have; prior accounting experience in a similar finance role, strong computer skills, excellent communication skills time management and the ability to work as a team member.
